Abu Dhabi, October 6 2026: Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) is participating in EXPO REAL 2026, being held in Munich, Germany, from October 5 to 7, as part of Abu Dhabi Pavilion at the ADIS International Roadshow 2026.
Through its participation, ADHA is showcasing Abu Dhabi’s experience in developing an integrated and sustainable housing ecosystem that places citizens and their quality of life at the heart of the planning and development process. The Authority is also highlighting a range of housing projects and residential communities currently being developed across the Emirate.
ADHA’s participation provides an opportunity to exchange expertise and knowledge with leading international entities and institutions, while exploring global best practices and innovative solutions that can support the continued development of high-quality housing and integrated residential communities. Key areas of focus include advanced construction technologies and materials, smart buildings and cities, artificial intelligence, data-driven planning and project management, as well as energy efficiency and sustainability solutions.
The participation also supports ADHA’s efforts to explore opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships that can help develop more efficient and sustainable housing projects, accelerate project delivery, and enhance construction quality and operational efficiency.
