Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and LEAD Development Announce Start of Unit Allocation and Sales at Al Dhaher Project in Al Ain

LEAD Development will begin contacting beneficiaries to schedule appointments to visit the Sales Center located in Al Ain’s Al Markhaniyya District, where they can review villa details, reserve their units, and complete the purchase process in accordance with the applicable procedures.

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority encourages beneficiaries to choose the residential unit that best suits their financial circumstances and current needs, to avoid taking on additional financial obligations, while confirming that all residential units are designed to allow for future expansion in line with the changing needs of families.

Prices of the residential units range between AED 1.75 million and AED 2.025 million, depending on the unit type, area, and location within the project.

Beneficiaries may settle the difference between the unit price and their housing loan, if any, in cash, by bank transfer, or through additional mortgage financing offered by the national banks accredited by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.

The project offers an integrated system of modern community facilities, including public and private schools, mosques, parks and open spaces, community and service centers, retail outlets, and sports and recreational facilities. The master plan has been designed to promote health and quality of life through pedestrian-friendly streets, dedicated cycling paths, landscaped parks, and open walkways that connect seamlessly with the surrounding areas.

The project features a variety of villa models with 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms, with plot areas ranging between 900 and 1,000 square meters and built-up areas ranging between 430 and 530 square meters, catering to the diverse needs of Emirati families and providing a modern, sustainable residential environment. Completion is expected during the fourth quarter of 2028.

The project’s architectural identity draws on the rich heritage of Al Ain, including landmarks such as Jebel Hafeet, Al Ain Oasis, Mezyad Castle, and Mezyad Falaj, reflecting the city’s historical and cultural continuity and translating an urban vision that preserves authenticity while meeting the requirements of the future.
