The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) introduced a new Feature that enables citizens to Exchange their reservations across residential projects listed under the ‘Expression of Interest’ service. This move comes as part of the Authority’s commitment to elevating its housing services and providing more flexible options that cater to citizens’ evolving needs.

This Feature is tailored for citizens who have already registered their interest in housing projects but seek an alternative that is better aligned with their family’s needs and aspirations. Through this initiative, the Authority aims to enhance the overall customer experience by empowering individuals to make informed housing decisions that precisely reflect their personal circumstances.
ADHA outlined that reservation Exchange are subject to specific eligibility criteria. Exchanges must be conducted within the same project category or comply with the beneficiary’s financial standing and social status. Furthermore, any Exchange must be finalised before a housing unit is officially reserved in government projects or partnership projects.
The Authority provides two Exchange options through this Feature: mutual Exchange between citizens who have reached an agreement, and the option to list a reservation on the platform, enabling beneficiaries to access a wider range of suitable alternatives.
ADHA reaffirmed that the launch of this Feature reflects its commitment to delivering innovative and flexible solutions, enhancing the efficiency of its digital services, and simplifying the customer journey, thereby elevating overall customer satisfaction.
Citizens wishing to replace their reservations may access the Feature via the ‘Iskan Abu Dhabi’ mobile application. They may also review the application process via the Authority’s official channels. ADHA reaffirms its steadfast dedication to developing services that bolster the stability of Emirati families and enhance the overall quality of life across the Emirate.
