In line with the Year of the Family, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority announced the provision of a comprehensive package of healthcare services and exclusive benefits for its employees and their family members, in collaboration with Burjeel Hospital and Healthpoint. This initiative reflects the Authority’s commitment to supporting employee well-being and promoting family health.
The collaboration aims to facilitate employees’ access to specialized healthcare services by accelerating appointment booking procedures, reducing waiting times, and offering additional services that enhance the overall patient experience.
Employees and their families will benefit from a range of services provided by Healthpoint, including access to a dedicated hotline for fast-track appointment bookings via phone and email, enabling timely medical support without the need to follow conventional booking processes. The collaboration also offers second medical opinions from a distinguished team of consultants and specialists, supporting informed medical decision-making, in addition to exclusive discounts of up to 15% on selected outpatient and inpatient services requiring self-payment.
Through this collaboration, Burjeel Hospital will also provide a variety of services designed to further support employees’ healthcare needs, including VIP services, discounts of up to 30% on non-insurance-covered medical services, as well as home healthcare services and home delivery of prescribed medications.
The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority affirmed that this collaboration forms part of its ongoing efforts to support its employees and their families, foster a healthy work environment, and align with the objectives of the Year of the Family, contributing to a more cohesive and prosperous society.
