Through the participation, ADHA aims to enhance communication with citizens and introduce them to housing services

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority is participating in the 21st edition of the Liwa Date Festival, which is currently taking place in Liwa City at Al Dhafra from July 14 to 27, The participation comes as part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to enhance its community presence, expand direct communication channels with citizens, and raise awareness of the housing services it provides.

 

During the participation, Abu Dhabi Housing Authority is highlighting the digital services it has developed to enhance the customer journey and elevate the quality of services provided. The pavilion offers an opportunity for direct interaction with citizens, addressing their inquiries, and providing them with the necessary information about housing programs, initiatives, and services. This aims to facilitate access, raise public awareness, and increase customer satisfaction with Authority offerings.

 

As part of its ongoing digitalisation efforts, Authority will showcase its ‘Iskan Abu Dhabi’ application, which is a comprehensive smart platform that enables users to access and follow up on all its services digitally without visiting service centres. Visitors will also be shown the various steps to apply for these services, Including exemption, cessation of deduction, and exchange services. enabling them to leverage digital solutions more efficiently.

 

Additionally, the Authority will feature Teyaseer, a free-of-charge government service, which aims to streamline Authority service beneficiaries’ housing construction journey. This includes providing support throughout the design and implementation phases till handover. The Teyaseer will also showcase its unique digital application, which enables users to follow up on project progress in real-time.

 

Authority reaffirms its commitment to welcoming citizens at the pavilion, as well as gaining their feedback and suggestions to promote the development of future services and further improve the quality of life for citizens in the Al Dhafra Region and across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
