The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center, has begun the handover of 306 residential villas to the eligible citizens benefiting from the “Al Saad” housing project in Al Ain.

 

The villas provide a residential solution that includes five bedrooms and encompasses a total area of 505 square meters. Each villa is situated on a housing plot measuring 2,025 square meters. The project also features fully integrated community and service facilities, which consist of three commercial complexes with 18 shops, one mosque, and two prayer halls that can accommodate up to 2,260 worshippers in total. Additionally, there are 34 parks and a community center ("Majlis") within the development. Covering an area of 1.23 million square meters, this project has a total cost of AED 993.7 million and is part of the integrated Emirati neighborhood developments.

 

The project underscores the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority’s commitment to enhancing sustainable urban development in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It also reaffirms the Authority’s dedication to providing integrated housing solutions that ensure the well-being of citizens and contribute to the development of local communities, in line with the leadership’s directives aimed at delivering suitable housing that guarantees quality living standards and family stability.
