Located in Al Ain, the Al Hayer residential project includes 300 villas for citizens, covering an area of over one million square meters, with a total cost of 687 million AED. The project features a mosque of 2,700 square meters, with a capacity of 1,071 worshippers, and another mosque of 900 square meters. It also includes land for commercial and community facilities, as well as road and infrastructure works.
