Abu Samrah Project
The Abu Samrah residential project spans 24.8 hectares and involves infrastructure works and the construction of 61 residential units in Al Ain, with a total cost of 188 million AED, completed in 2013. The project includes road paving, sewage, drinking water, telephone, and electricity networks, in addition to essential services for residential areas. Each residential unit sits on a plot of 2,025 square meters, with a built-up area of 585 square meters. Each villa consists of two floors with majlises, main rooms, service rooms, and storage spaces.
